At Nyx, intermediate level class is designed for those with prior experience in pole dancing. Students will refine their techniques and build on foundational moves, learning more complex spins, inversions, and combinations. This class aims to further enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination while introducing aerial tricks and dynamic routines.

Full term runs for 8 weeks.

Pre-Req: Has passed Beginner level class or is comfortable in climbing and sit on the pole.
